Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverages needed will be the responsibility of the agent.

No, our agents are independent contractors and do not attend "training", you are not paid during what is called "certification". You will be required to attend any and all certification courses. Upon completion, you will start taking calls which you are paid for.

As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is a servicing fee of $45.00 deducted per pay for technical, tools/resources and servicing fees.   This fee is LESS THAN any standard tax deduction.

The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work. Current agents are taking home incomes of $10.00-$15.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work, the more you make.
